Building Context
Class A office building located in Midtown Manhattan completed in 1974 with 44 floors and roughly 1.6 million sf of office space.

Goals
To redesign the 2nd Floor, which is home to the training facilities for Sprint retail employees as well as a corporate office space for their sales team.

For many years, this floor had separate pantry and lounge areas for these two groups. Our challenge was to create one central space that encourages interaction between both retail and corporate employees.

Outcome
Our scope of work required partial demo, redesign and all new finishes and fixtures.
